Lucir y Sombra is a short film shot and created by Sandra Powers and Fabiola Nunez. It is a love story about the sun and the moon and their journey to find each other. This film was also an artistic collaboration between me and Lizette Perez. This film was shot at Cal Arts in Valencia, CA and the finished product is due to be out in late 2009!

The 2008 Halloween edition of The Choreographers Carnival was amazing! I teamed up with makeup artist and best friend Lizette Perez to make choreographer and dancer Alec Clawson’s visions come to life. We created seven chilling looks for his dancers to make them look like marionette dolls for his premiere number at the key club. Under guidance of dance guru J J Villar, Alec knocked this number out of the ball park!! From this performance alone, Alec was signed with an agent present at the key club that night!!

Above is the music video for Poland’s own Natalia Lesz’s single “Power of Attraction”, a Lodger production. Under the creative Key Makeup Artist, Jennifer Corona, I worked on the Ballerina Dancer characters makeup, the effects and makeup for the Office Drone characters, and the Boss character. This was a great learning experience for me as this wasmy first music video shoot at the time. Thank you Jennifer for this awsome opportunity!
